This collection by Kirstin Ash and Olive Rose Cooke is inspired by their respective journeys living By The Sea. For both women, life spent along the water's edge means quiet reflective moments sitting on the end of a jetty in the cool of an autumn afternoon; it's spending time pouring over the pages of a book in the nook of their homes. It's cherishing a slow pace and the space to be still, it's honouring the simplicity found in nature - in all its perfectly imperfect forms; and it's a love of cosy sea shacks and bachs.

"There's something nostalgic about a seaside adventure; about slow days spent in the autumn sun. The sea breeze summons the scent of holidays gone by. And while the tide may have turned, today's treasure hunting for shells and crabs and other riches the waters bestow, still feels like the adventures from yesteryear. Memories flood the heart. There's a familiar salt spray encrusted on the window panes. These days are filled with nature, with simple pleasures, of cosy moments. And above it all there's a magnificence in squeezing the last remaining minutes from resplendent autumn days spent By The Sea."
