COVID-19 Updates

OUR STUDIO REMAINS OPEN

Our studio is open and processing all online orders including engraving.  We're aiming to process orders within 2 business days, however, with less staff in the studio, we appreciate your patience if there are slight delays. 

Engraving orders are done in-house in our Sydney studio and take 1-2 days to be processed.

Here are some of the current measures put in place to ensure the safety of our customers and KA team.

 

STUDIO STAFF

To keep our studio safe we are currently operating with less staff than usual.  This means we currently have delays with customer enquiries and a backlog of orders.

At the moment we estimate customer support enquiries will be responded to within 1- 3 business days.

PACKAGING

Where possible, jewellery will remain in its plastic packaging to reduce direct contact with staff.

Our gift box supply is restricted due to COVID-19 impact.  Each order will come with one jewellery box, if you require more for gifting purposes please specific in your order under "Additional Comments". We appreciate your understanding and hope to get back to normal soon.

 

STUDIO CLEANLINESS

After each shift, the studio equipment and surfaces are wiped down and disinfected for the next team's shift.  Staff are frequently washing their hands throughout the day and there are multiple hand sanitising stations set up in the studio.

Where possible, your jewellery will arrive in its packaging to avoid staff directly handling the piece before it's delivered to you.
