Engraving orders are shipped via UPS Express from our Australia Studio, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.
60 DAY RETURNS
For the Christmas period we've extended returns to 60 days from the date of order. We offer a refund or credit voucher for the return of jewellery in original condition. Please note this excludes engraved orders & due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Any returns made during the holiday period will be processed from the 6th of January.
