"I lost one of these earrings within the first week of having them. I was upset given the cost and thought the clasp must have been weak. Initially they offered for me to buy one rather than two. But agreed to replace one after I argued it was a weak clasp. I was very cautious to make sure they were always clipped in after that. But 2 months later another one had fallen out and gone."
